Well, let me introduce myself. My name is Kim and I'm an interior Designer. I've worked in various parts of the industry over the last 12 years helping construction companies and working with clients.
I know the ins and outs of the industry as well as project management, research, product sourcing and working with vendors.
As your Virtual Design Assistant I'll be helping you:
-Research and prepare schedules (fixtures/ hardware/ doors/ lighting/finishes)
-Obtain quotes and specs
-Procure samples
-Communicate with vendors
-Purchase materials
-Create concept and mood boards
-Create Presentation slides
-Provide customer service to clients (phone calls, email management)
-Search for contractors, get reviews and quotes
-Follow up with SubContractors
-Draw Floor Plans, Elevations, 3D Renderings
